Questions people actually ask

What happens after I pay?

Payment is handled by Paystack — we never see or store your card details. Once the first payment succeeds we provision your MasterVault instance and email you the login details. Allow one business day; we would rather set it up properly than instantly.

Can I move my existing files across?

Yes. Small migrations you can do yourself with the desktop sync client. For larger moves, the Professional plan includes migration assistance, and we quote for it separately on other plans.

What if I need more storage than the plan includes?

Get in touch and we will price it. Storage is the cheapest part of what we do, so this is rarely an obstacle.

What happens if I cancel?

Your instance stays available until the end of the paid period. You can export everything at any time before that. After the period ends we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not through self-service yet. If you would like to pay annually, talk to us and we will invoice you directly.
