Why we started
Every small firm we spoke to was solving the same problem the same way: client documents scattered across a consumer cloud drive nobody had really chosen, on servers nobody could point to. It worked, right up until someone asked a question it couldn't answer.
The tools to do it properly existed — they just needed someone to run them locally, stand behind them, and answer the phone. That is what Intellitics does.
How we work
- You talk to the people who build it. No call centre, no tiered support queue.
- We price in Rand. No dollar invoices that change size when the exchange rate moves.
- We say what we don't do. If we're not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
- Your data is yours. Open formats, export whenever, no hostage-taking on the way out.
